Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use apply to sixfigmom.com and the Six-Figure Mom Blueprint course and related tools. By using the site, creating an account, or purchasing or accessing the course, you agree to these terms and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how account, purchase, and course information is handled. Use the service only where you can lawfully enter into the relevant agreement.
Description of the service
Six-Figure Mom Blueprint provides self-paced educational lessons, business-path guides, planning tools, worksheets, calculators, templates, and related digital resources. The learning workspace helps you organize ideas, progress, notes, and plans as you explore and test a business.
The service is intended for adults working on business goals around their available time and responsibilities. It provides an educational framework; it does not operate a business for you or supply customers, employment, or investment returns.
Educational purpose and no income guarantee
Course content is educational. No revenue, profit, customer, employment, or other outcome is guaranteed. The name “Six-Figure Mom Blueprint” and $100K examples refer to business-revenue goals or hypothetical illustrations, rather than promised or typical earnings.
Revenue is not the same as profit or personal take-home income. Expenses, refunds, taxes, reinvestment, and other obligations can substantially affect what remains available. Course calculators simplify planning and do not establish demand or predict results.
Your results depend on factors including effort, skills, time, business model, pricing, demand, market conditions, execution, costs, and circumstances outside anyone’s control.
The course does not provide individualized legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for checking the requirements that apply to your business and seeking qualified professional advice when needed.
Accounts and credentials
Provide accurate account information and an email address you can access. Complete account confirmation when requested. Keep your password private and protect the devices you use to sign in.
Your account access is for your own use. Do not share credentials, resell access, or let another person use your account to obtain protected course content. Contact support@sixfigmom.com if you cannot sign in, need purchase verification, or suspect unauthorized access.
Purchases and payments
The current offer is a one-time purchase of a digital course. It does not create a recurring subscription. The price and purchase details displayed at checkout govern the transaction.
Stripe processes payments. Course access is linked to the authenticated account used to start checkout and its account email. Use that same account when returning to the course. Successful payment confirmation is required to unlock protected content.
If your payment appears successful but access remains locked, return to My account, select Refresh access, and contact support if needed. Avoid making another payment while an existing purchase is being checked.
Course access
One-time course access currently has no scheduled expiration. This describes the present access arrangement and is not an absolute guarantee of lifetime hosting, permanent availability, or every future feature.
Access depends on a valid account, a confirmed purchase, and continued operation of the service. It may be affected by an approved refund, the proportionate restrictions described below, maintenance, or service changes. Use available print or save options if you want your own copy of planning work.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date by emailing support@sixfigmom.com. Requests after that period are generally not eligible except where otherwise required by applicable law.
The 7-Day Refund Policy explains how to request a refund, payment processing, and the effect on paid course access. That policy forms part of these terms.
Course materials and intellectual property
Course lessons, templates, graphics, worksheets, branding, and downloadable materials are owned by Six-Figure Mom Blueprint or their respective rights holders. Your purchase permits personal learning and use of the course materials in planning and developing your own business.
You may adapt worksheets and templates for your own business activities. You may not copy or resell the course, redistribute protected lessons or materials, publicly post them, share them as a substitute for purchasing access, or repackage them as another product without permission. Any separate permission stated on a particular resource applies to that resource.
These restrictions do not prevent you from using the skills, ideas, and general knowledge you learn to build your own business, or from using your own original business plans and outputs.
Customer-entered information
Your original business information remains yours. We do not claim ownership of the ideas, plans, offers, notes, schedules, or other original information you enter in My Blueprint, planners, calculators, trackers, or related tools.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your entries and for having permission to enter information about others. Avoid unnecessary personal data or sensitive payment information. You allow us and our service providers to process and store your entries as needed to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Review calculator results and planning outputs before relying on them. Save supported forms to your account, and keep your own copies of work you need. Temporary browser drafts are a convenience and cannot guarantee recovery of every unsaved change.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not:
- Attempt to access another customer’s account or data or bypass purchase and authentication controls.
- Disrupt the site, introduce harmful code, or interfere with its security or operation.
- Share or resell account access or copy, distribute, or resell protected course materials without permission.
- Submit unlawful content, use the service for fraud, or misuse payment or refund processes.
Third-party services
The service relies on providers including Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and access records, and hosting and email providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
External resources linked from lessons are provided for reference. You are responsible for assessing their suitability and any commitments you make with those services.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, correct, or change lessons, tools, and resources. We do not promise that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that the site will operate without interruption. Maintenance, technical failures, and provider outages may affect availability.
If a change materially affects purchased access, we will handle the situation in accordance with the purchase terms and any rights required by applicable law. Contact support about access problems or a change affecting your purchase.
Disclaimer
Educational content and planning tools are provided for informational purposes. Examples and calculations are simplified and may not reflect every cost, rule, or situation affecting your business. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the service will meet every individual need or that all content will be complete, current, or free from error. This does not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
You make your own business and financial decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Six-Figure Mom Blueprint is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any limitation applies only as far as the law allows.
Suspension or termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, fraud, abusive payment disputes, account resale, unauthorized redistribution, or a security threat. Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue and may be temporary while it is investigated.
A legitimate refund request or good-faith payment dispute is not, by itself, misuse. Contact support@sixfigmom.com if you believe an access restriction is mistaken. Approved refunds may also result in removal of paid course access under the Refund Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The publication date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide any additional notice or agreement required by applicable law for material changes. Updates do not override rights that cannot legally be waived.
