Privacy Policy

How we handle your account, purchase, and learning-workspace information.

Last updated:

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Six-Figure Mom Blueprint (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit sixfigmom.com, create an account, purchase or use the course, and contact us for help. It covers our account features, learning workspace, and customer-support communications.

The course includes tools where you can record your own business ideas and plans. Share only information you need for those exercises. Please avoid entering passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, or sensitive information about your family or customers.

Information we collect

  • Account information: the name and email address you provide, your account identifier, and authentication and session information. Your password is processed by Supabase’s authentication service.
  • Purchase and access information: transaction or checkout references, purchase status, and the course-access records associated with your account.
  • Course and planning information: lesson completion, checklist progress, Blueprint answers, business-path choices, offers, pricing and revenue-planning inputs, weekly schedules, 90-Day Plan entries, notes, saved resources, sales-tracker entries, and other information you choose to save in course tools.
  • Workspace preferences and activity: your chosen color theme, background texture and motion setting, recent course activity, and the last meaningful course location used to help you continue later.
  • Feedback and support: answers you submit through course-feedback forms, and the contents of emails, attachments, and purchase details you send to our support, general-inquiry, or billing mailboxes.
  • Technical and session information: authentication tokens, page-location and scroll information, and temporary form drafts used by the application. Hosting, authentication, payment, and email providers may also process IP addresses, browser information, request details, timestamps, and operational logs when providing their services.

Full payment-card numbers are handled by Stripe. We do not collect them through Six-Figure Mom Blueprint’s own website forms.

How we use information

We use the information needed to operate the course and support your account, including to:

  • Create and authenticate accounts, send account-confirmation and password-reset emails, and keep you signed in.
  • Process and verify purchases, maintain course access, and handle billing questions and refunds.
  • Save your completed lessons and planning work so you can return to them.
  • Apply your appearance preferences and help you continue from a previous course location.
  • Respond to support requests and review course feedback to improve the service.
  • Verify access to protected content, troubleshoot failures, and help prevent unauthorized use or fraud.

Planning information is used to support the course features you use. Entering a revenue goal, offer, or business plan does not create a financial forecast or a promise of results.

Payments

Stripe provides the checkout and payment-processing service. When you proceed to checkout, Stripe processes the payment and billing information you provide under its own Privacy Policy.

We use your account identifier, purchase references, and payment-status information to associate the purchase with your account, confirm course access, and investigate payment or refund questions. Payment records can remain relevant even if course access is later removed.

Account and course data

Supabase provides authentication and stores course-access information. Your saved learning workspace is stored in the website’s hosted database and linked to your authenticated account identifier. This includes saved Blueprint answers, progress, goals, plans, notes, and other tool entries. Course feedback is also stored with your account identifier.

The workspace requires a signed-in account with active course access. Its API checks authentication and access before reading or updating your saved information. Your entries are not automatically published as public course content or made available to other customers.

Use each form’s Save action to update your account. Temporary drafts kept in your browser are separate from saved account data and may not be available on another device. Copies you print or save to your device are under your control.

Cookies, browser storage, and session data

The application uses browser storage for essential account and learning features:

  • Authentication: Supabase stores session information in local storage to maintain sign-in and refresh your session.
  • Course location: the current view appears in the page address. The last meaningful location is also kept in local storage and saved account data to support “Continue where you left off.”
  • Scroll position: session storage records scroll positions for course views in the current browser tab.
  • Drafts: session storage keeps recent edits to supported course forms so they can be restored in that tab. Draft restoration is a convenience; it does not replace saving your work to your account.
  • Preferences: saved appearance settings are applied when your workspace loads.

The current site does not install behavioral advertising cookies or advertising pixels. Service providers may use storage or cookies for their own security and service functions, including on Stripe checkout.

Clearing browser storage or blocking it can sign you out or remove local drafts and location information. Signing out ends your local authentication session; it does not necessarily erase every local course draft. On a shared device, sign out and clear site data when appropriate.

Service providers

We use providers to perform the functions described in this policy:

  • Supabase: authentication, account sessions, protected course-access records, and account-related email handling.
  • Stripe: checkout, payments, transaction records, and refund processing.
  • Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure: website delivery, protected application requests, and the hosted database for saved workspace information and course feedback.
  • Namecheap Private Email: branded customer-support, general-inquiry, and billing mailboxes, and SMTP delivery for account emails.

These providers process information necessary for their services and may have their own privacy terms. Provider infrastructure may process or store information in locations outside your own country.

Sharing of information

Information is processed by service providers where needed to host the site, authenticate accounts, deliver email, process payments, save course work, and provide support. These providers receive the information needed to carry out those functions.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations or lawful requests, resolve payment disputes, investigate fraud or misuse, or protect customers and the service. We limit disclosures to information relevant to the purpose.

Sale and advertising use

We do not currently sell customer personal information or use behavioral advertising trackers on this site. We do not use your course-planning entries to build advertising audiences.

If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

Data retention

We retain account and course information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain customer access, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention may vary depending on the type of information and why it is maintained.

Purchase, refund, and support records may need to be retained for different reasons than course-planning entries. Removing access or requesting deletion does not necessarily require immediate removal of every transaction record or provider backup. Browser drafts and sessions are also affected by your browser’s storage settings.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS connections, authenticated workspace requests, and account-based access controls. Protected course access is checked on the server rather than relying only on a flag stored in your browser.

No website, device, or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee perfect security. Keep your credentials private, use a strong password, and contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Never send your password, full credit-card number, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.

Your choices and requests

You can review and change supported planning entries within your course workspace. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, delete, or obtain account information, email support@sixfigmom.com from the email associated with your account when possible.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. The response and any limits depend on the information involved and applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal, payment, or security reasons. We will explain relevant limits when responding.

See Contact / Support for account and purchase help. Please include only the information needed to understand your request.

Children and age

Six-Figure Mom Blueprint is an educational business-planning service intended for adults and is not directed to children. Please avoid entering sensitive information about children in course exercises or support emails.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact support@sixfigmom.com so we can review it and take appropriate action. The Terms of Use describe the service and account responsibilities.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or its data practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest published version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
